Through a series of proven tools we create a road map for your dream life. Over the course of 3 months, we take a deep dive into your heart. We explore your current state of being through a variety of lenses including the Chakras and the Koshic Layers. We look at how the 5 Essentials appear in your life presently and how we can work with them to deepen your relationship to yourself and your purpose.

About Your Coach
Erica Kafka created Fibre Holistics after 20 years of work as a physician assistant, yoga therapist, and shaman. Learning and teaching breathes life into Erica’s work. Erica has over two decades of supporting, listening, suggesting, guiding, and holding space for individuals as an educator and mentor. As a coach, she will be your biggest cheerleader and advocate. Erica helps her clients find the space where they can dive into their most divine, most sacred, most authentic being.
